"I'm So Excited!"

....Those words come out of my mouth a lot.  Like multiple times a day when things are good.  (Whenever I'm looking for a reaction about something from my mom or Grandmother, they'll say, "Oh I'm happy, I just don't get as excited about things as you do.") Anyway, today I'm so excited!!

We're installing a couple of rooms in a client's condo in DC and it is such a fun project!!  My client is fearless in her approach to decorating. (Well, I'd say her only fear is that her home not be bold enough or colorful enough or too traditional.)

{Hot Pink is entering the Condo.}

I'll keep you posted in instagram :)

Also, today is the debut of Elizabeth Street's Washington DC section!! Elizabeth Street is a beautiful website that showcases stylish moms around the world who give great mom advice for visiting their cities!

I'm honored to have been included and if you get the chance, check out the new DC moms!!  They're introducing a few of us each day.  www.elizabethstreet.com

Have a good one!!

Lauren- What a great idea for Elizabeth Street - I've never heard of that. They are lucky to have you, I will go and check it out!

We are heading to Yellowstone and Portland, Oregon this summer, I have to see if Elizabeth Street covers those area. (I'm guessing Portland, yes - Yellowstone, no!)

I'm glad that you're enjoying your job. Making a condo for a client can be a hard task, but when you're really passionate about it, you can exert all your efforts and be satisfied with any result that you may have. Dealing with what the client wants must be prioritized so that you won't receive complaints in the future. :)

Yay for the pink! I just painted an accent wall in my kitchen Benjamin Moore pink peony. Yummy! I'll be posting a kitchen tour soon... Will have to find you on Instagram to keep up with your updates on the condo.

I'm sure you’ll get along with my wife. She also wanted dark pink walls on our daughter's nursery. Unfortunately, we're already in the process of selling our house and we can't renovate the room. I better prepare those coats once we move into our new house.
