I'm so in love with this room by Brooke & Steve Giannetti for the Gilt Home/ Ashton Kutcher Showhouse. The online sale of a select number of pieces from each room are on sale though tomorrow. As a decorator & a textile designer, this is my place to muse... perfection doesn't interest me; Reality and charm do. Fresh floppy flowers from the garden over long-stemmed roses any day, I love it when things are slightly off and tell a story.

At first, I wasn't too keen on all of the paintings being so similar. But the more I look at this room, the more I love it. It's peaceful. I could see myself being quite at home in that room. LOVE that huge chandelier!!

Lauren- I am in love with this beautiful room as well. The space, Steve's painting, and colors are just perfection. My favorite piece is antique Belgian chair that is a wonderful mix of elegance and undoneness.
And Steve's drawings he did to prepare for the room are breathtaking, as well.
